DJ TYNEE

Originating from Hong Kong, TYNEE ( “Tiny”) grew up in New York by the name of Elaine Shin. By growing up in New York, Tynee was blessed with a world of dance music made available right there.

In 2005, Tynee secured her first DJ residency at a brand new club called Volar in Hong Kong. That day forward, her DJ residencies grew from major dance clubs in Hong Kong and countries outside of Asia to major international establishments such as the W Hotel, ZUMA, Giorgio Armani Bar, Aqua Group Bar and Restaurants, to gigantic global retail franchises like H&M and Adidas. Within the first 2 years of her DJ career, she got to play alongside top international DJs who inspired her; artists such as Derrick May, Guy Gerber, M.A.N.D.Y., Meat Katie, and more.

Espen Cook aka Club Kowloon

Espen Cook is a Norwegian painter and dj born Norway. Currently located in Hong Kong. DJing since 2013 and since then has been playing at clubs such as Social Room (HK), XXX (HK), Salon 10 (HK) Gazette/Colectiva Gazette (ROM), Landmark (NOR) and has an ongoing residency at Cassio (HK).

Founded Club Kowloon in 2017 a Hong Kong based art, music and lifestyle company - promoting underground music and organising events. Breaking up the pre-existing hierarchy of the small HK underground scene, the goal of Club Kowloon is to open up for new and interesting collaborations with a different angle.

The musical output of CK is firmly positioned within house, techno and minimal - inspired by the European groove-driven, steady and well curated sounds and parties. As the name suggests, Club Kowloon focuses on the Kowloon (mainland) side of Hong Kong - a city where most parties and events happens on Hong Kong Island. CK is establishing a mixed local and international scene based on freedom of expression, the combining of music and arts, collaboration between talented designers, DJs and VJs, and a concentration on the local community.
