Club Kowloon with Espen Cook & Max Davis (Hong Kong)
After a successful peak time dj set in January by Espen Cook at the club, a first collaboration party between Club Kowloon and 宀 Club Club in May inviting the German artist Thilo Dietrich from HardWorkSoftDrink, Club Kowloon is back this summer for an all night long party featuring CK head Espen Cook and CK affiliate Max Davis who has been playing for their parties very frequently in the past months. Excited to have them coming with all their gems from Nathan Road.
早前Espen Cook於宀作DJ嘉賓的派對大受好評，及以Club Kowloon名義與宀合作邀請德國HardworkSoftdrink廠牌旗下音樂人Thilo Dietrich的派對，Club Kowloon於今個炎夏再度登陸宀作All night long的演出，嘉賓有主腦Espen Cook及與Club Kowloon關係密切的Max Davis，是夜將九龍Nathan Road氣圍帶到上環宀！

ESPEN COOK
Espen Cook is a Norwegian DJ and artist. Currently based in Hong Kong. DJing since 2013 and been playing at clubs and festivals such as Sónar Hong Kong, 宀 ClubSocial Room (HK), XXX (HK), Salon 10 (HK) Cassio (HK) Gazette /Colectiva Gazette (ROM), Landmark Bergen(NOR) Vill Vill Vest Afterparty (NOR)
Founded Club Kowloon in 2017 a Hong Kong based art, music and lifestyle company - promoting underground music and organising events. Breaking up the pre-existing hierarchy of the small HK underground scene, the goal of Club Kowloon is to open up for new and interesting collaborations with a different angle.
The musical output of CK is firmly positioned within house, techno and minimal - inspired by the European groove-driven, steady and well curated sounds and parties. As the name suggests, Club Kowloon focuses on the Kowloon (mainland) side of Hong Kong - a city where most parties and events happens on Hong Kong Island. CK is establishing a mixed local and international scene based on freedom of expression, the combining of music and arts, collaboration between talented designers, DJs and VJs, and a concentration on the local community.
Club Kowloon has organised parties in Hong Kong, Spain, Romania and Norway. With a fast growing local and international presence, Club Kowloon is becoming a platform for new, old and up-and-coming artists rooted in the land of the nine dragons.
近年移居香港，挪威畫家Espen Cook自2013年展開DJ生涯，曾在香港和外地多個夜店表演，包括Social Room、XXX、Salon 10 、Gazette/Colectiva Gazette(羅馬尼亞)、Landmark (挪威)，現時在香港的Cassio駐場。
Espen Cook於2017年成立藝術音樂生活品味廠牌Club Kowloon，旨在推動地下音樂和組織派對，成功衝破香港固有派對模式，積極與不同單位合作，帶給樂迷新視角。CK本人深受歐洲club scene影響，鐘情於groovy、可靠和精緻製作派對。Club Kowloon顧名思義主要在九龍區舉行，監於主要club scene都集中在香港區。
由心而發，CK將本地與國際藝術家眾集連結起來，音樂與藝術，與不同界別合作包括設計師、DJ和JV，更強調本地社區聯繫的重要性。在香港、西班牙、羅馬尼亞和挪威舉行派對，Club Kowloon 在本地和國際間漸有名聲之下，成為九龍區新舊和未成名的artists的表現自己的平台。

MAX DAVIS
With a sound born in Mannheim, developed in Frankfurt and refined in Berlin, German DJ Max Davis began his career in 2011. A recognized face at clubs such as Parker Lewis, Loft Club, Hafan 49 and Four Knox. Following his move to Berlin in 2017, the unique underground music scene has played a big role in shaping his sound. Max Davis performed at venues such as Hoppetosse, Chalet or Minimal Bar.
His DJ-sets incorporate techno and house music with minimal and breakbeat, while continuing to experiment with sounds he discovers.
出生於德國曼海姆，法蘭克福發展，於柏林找到自己，Max Davis的DJ生涯在2011年開始，在當地Parker Lewis、Loft Club、Hafan 49、Four Knox等等夜店的常客，2017年他移居柏林，受到當地地下音樂的啟發，繼而發展出自己的性格，於Hoppetosse、Chalet及Minimal Bar等夜店均有演出。
他的DJ set大可期待融合Techno和House的風格外，Max Davis亦會加入自己喜愛的Minimal和Breakbeat，和途路發掘的新音樂。
